Where Did The Time Go?

Thirty years ago, as I finished the second issue of MODEL BY DAY, I'd already started on my second series THE GIRL. I decided to make an ad for it to go inside the back cover of MBD and it became the first published image of Girl.

On this anniversary, I recently colored the original ad-on a photocopy, of course-and they're presented here.

I never imagined I'd be this far down the road with this character, as well as Model By Day and, if I get through this virus fueled year, I'll have more anniversary pieces of both characters to share.

Stay tuned and stay safe.

STEAMPUNK CATWOMAN

The first official painting of 2019 because I did it for myself. I had it sketched out and inked since May 2018 but couldn't get to it until this week because of lots of commissioned works to pay the rent. I'm glad it's finally done.
